Rocket Card, LLC (“Rocket Card”) offers a credit card called the Rocket Visa Signature Card. The Rocket Visa Signature Card is issued by Celtic Bank, and powered by Deserve (“Card”). By agreeing to the Rocket Visa Signature Card Credit Card Cardholder Agreement (“Cardholder Agreement”), you agree to the terms and privacy policy of Celtic Bank, available at: https://www.celticbank.com/privacy and https://www.celticbank.com/terms-conditions and the terms and privacy policy of Deserve available at: https://www.deserve.com/legal/terms-of-service and https://www.deserve.com/privacy-policy. Your individual Cardholder Agreement contains the primary terms that govern your use of the Rocket Visa Signature Card.
General
Rocket Visa Signature Card is only available within select U.S. states and is not available in New Hampshire, U.S. territories or other countries. You may only be enrolled in one credit card program operated by or with Rocket Card and/or Rocket Money, Inc. (“Rocket Money”) at one time. If you have already enrolled with a separate credit card program operated by Rocket Money, you will be unable to apply for a Rocket Visa Signature Card until you close your other credit card with Rocket Money. You must close your card with Rocket Money if you wish to apply for the Rocket Visa Signature Card. If you wish to apply for a Rocket Visa Signature Card while you have an open application with a separate credit card program with Rocket Card and/or Rocket Money, you must first abandon that credit card application before submitting your application for the Rocket Visa Signature Card. If your application is rejected and you wish to apply again, you may only apply for the Rocket Visa Signature Card 32 days after the date on which your most recent application was rejected.
Rewards
Cardholders with a Rocket Visa Signature Card will earn points when using their Card on qualifying transactions via the Rocket Rewards Program (“Points”). When you open your Rocket Visa Signature Card account, you will be automatically enrolled in the Rocket Rewards Program when your first statement generates. Cardholders can see their earned Points on the Card Dashboard and in the Rocket Money App. Cardholders can redeem Points on the Card Dashboard when their Points become available for redemption. Card Points become available for redemption once the statement cycle in which the Points were accrued closes, and in accordance with the Cardholder Rewards Terms of Use.
If Rocket Card, or any service provider responsible for monitoring your Rocket Visa Signature Card activity and/or account suspects you of fraud, all Points redemptions may be paused in our sole discretion, and we may rescind any and all Points that may have already been issued to you in connection with the Rocket Rewards Program.
SmartPay, Autopay, Scheduled Payments and Late Fee Protection
Rocket Visa Signature Card may offer Autopay, SmartPay, Scheduled Payments, and/or Late Fee Protection, which are advanced payment options. The terms and conditions governing electronic fund transfers for Autopay, SmartPay, Scheduled Payments, and Late Fee Protection can be found in the Standing Authorization for Electronic Fund Transfers, and authorization for these payment options may be revoked as set forth therein. The Rocket Visa Signature Card endeavors to provide advance notification of your money movements via the Rocket Money App, Card Dashboard, and via email for your convenience, but in some circumstances, notifications from us may not arrive for you. It is your sole responsibility to regularly check the Rocket Money App or Card Dashboard, and neither Rocket Money nor Rocket Card assumes any liability for any outcome that may occur if notifications are not successfully delivered.
Rocket Money Premium
Access to a Rocket Money Premium membership is included as a benefit of each Rocket Visa Signature Card.
Promotional Spend Bonus
You will receive a $200 statement credit if you spend $3,000 on eligible purchases in the first 90 days your account is open (the “Bonus”). Eligible transactions exclude refunds and disputed charges. In order to receive the Bonus after qualifying, your Card account must be open and in good standing at the time of the Bonus fulfillment. If at any point after the eligible 90-day spend period, it is determined that your total spend was insufficient to meet the threshold for the Bonus, we may cancel the statement credit and add the value back to your principal owed.
